With nearly a decade of experience in the health and fitness field, Amanda is all about empowering women of every age and stage of life to thrive.

Amanda's expertise goes beyond your standard exercise programs – she specialises in educating women and providing tailored exercise to your changing body, whether you're in the trenches with challenging periods, expecting a little one, navigating motherhood or managing your menopausal years. Her passion for women's health and promoting exercise that supports the unique physiology of women is where she loves to be, sharing the must-knows and practical tips for prioritising your fitness in the midst of life's twists and turns.

Starting out in 2015, Amanda quickly became known as a trusted coach and mentor. She's helped countless women achieve their health goals, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes and finding joy in movement. Amanda's even had the honor of designing programs for the national Anytime Fitness 8-Week Challenge, proving her knack for creating plans that get results.

Amanda's life and career both evolved with the birth of her son Jacob. This is when her passion for women's fitness and health was made richer with personal experiences. With heightened awareness, Amanda rediscovered her love for supporting many, delivering workshops and branching to webinars and speaking for women-specific fitness and health.

Her workshops, integrating exercise, healthy habits and general well-being, are renowned for being a unique mix of educational, engaging, and hands-on activity. Her delivery is more than just informative – Amanda creates warm, inviting spaces where everyone feels welcome to learn and grow.
